Entrepreneurial knowledge, community service experience makes her ideal for the job
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 28, 2020—The political action committee for California’s leading small-business association today announced its endorsement of Suzette Valladares for the open 38th State Assembly District seat.
“Suzette’s experience running and supporting nonprofits that serve her community’s least fortunate impressed us very much,” said John Kabateck, California state director for NFIB, “That rare blend of having her fingers on the pulse of the people she serves combined with knowing all that goes into meeting a payroll and complying with myriad regulations would make her a valuable representative in the Assembly.”
The endorsement of Valladares was made by the NFIB CA PAC and based on responses to a questionnaire. Opponent Lucie Voltsky did not return the questionnaire.
The 38th Assembly District includes the Los Angeles County communities of Agua Dulce, Castaic, a part of Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Santa Clarita, and Stevenson Ranch; and the Ventura County community of Simi Valley.
