Northern California lawmaker scored 100 percent on NFIB voting record
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 1, 2020—The political action committee for California’s leading small-business association today announced its endorsement of Assemblyman James Gallagher for reelection to his 3rd District seat.
“Small business has no greater advocate or warrior on their behalf than James Gallagher,” said John Kabateck, California state director for NFIB. “I can’t praise him enough. He goes the extra mile for Main Street enterprises and has always been a help to NFIB in our educational outreach to our members.”
The endorsement of Gallagher was made by the NFIB CA PAC and based on six votes taken in the first half of the 2019-2020 session. A minimum of 70% was needed for endorsement consideration. Gallagher scored 100 percent.
Gallagher represents parts of Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama, and Yuba counties.
