Let Governor Newsom know it is the wrong time to demand changes in digital technology operations and business models

More than 300 hundred small businesses, many of them NFIB members, have already added their company’s name to a letter to Gov. Gavin Newsom asking his help to ensure access to the many digital platforms, tools, and programs remain within reach of Main Street enterprises.

“Access to online tools enables websites, analytics, digital ads, online marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms to empower retailers, restaurants, service providers, and California small businesses of all types,” reads the letter. “Now, more than ever, businesses and the Californians they serve benefit from the stability, scale, and security of these tools. Now is not the time to disrupt those services.”

NFIB California is part of a coalition working to keep internet tools in the hands of small businesses.
