Natural Gas/Marcallous Shale: Hydraulic Fracturing

Numerous
anti-fracking bills aimed to prohibit or delay natural gas exploration efforts
in Western Maryland all failed in committee during the 2014 session.  We anticipate that this legislation will reappear in 2015 depending on findings
of the Governor Marcellus Shale Safe Drilling Initiative Advisory Commission,
set to come out later this year.
