The "Right to Work" amendment will be on the November ballot.

NFIB/Alabama will have a seat at the newly created Alabama Workforce Development Area Local Board. The new board will focus on providing workers for Alabama businesses.
The “Right to Work” amendment will be on the November ballot. The Alabama Secretary of State’s office is developing the order of amendments for the November ballot. NFIB members voted to support an amendment to Alabama’s Constitution for “Right to Work”. NFIB/Alabama will be promoting the passage of the amendment.
