Take Action: Urge Your Senator to Help Small Businesses

Date: March 23, 2020

On Sunday, March 22nd, the U.S. Senate failed to move ahead to consider legislation that would provide forgivable loans to small business owners.

Act now and urge your Senator to provide financial assistance to small businesses. They need to hear how COVID-19 is impacting your business and your employees.

On March 18th, H.R. 6201, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, was signed into law. The law requires all small businesses to provide employees with 10 days of fully paid sick leave as well as up to 12 weeks of family leave at two-thirds pay.

The Senate will soon vote to provide financial assistance to struggling small businesses. Speak up and make sure your Senator knows the impact COVID-19 is having on you and your employees.
