The Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) has provided employer guidance to the recently mandated sexual harassment training requirements under the Illinois Human Rights Act and the Workplace Transparency Act.

As a reminder, Illinois employers have until Dec. 31, 2020, to provide sexual harassment prevention training to their employees.
IDHR is in the process of finalizing a model training program offered on the web for employers that will be available in late February 2020.
