Tweet all about it! The Donald trumps Hillary in a new poll of small business owners.
What does small biz think of the larger-than-life Republican presidential nominee?
The real estate mogul still faces some residual criticism from party leaders, but Republican voters—and small business owners—seem to be coalescing around Trump.
More than 43 percent of small business owners believe Donald Trump is the best candidate for them, compared to only 19 percent support for his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, according to a Guidant Financial poll. Trump’s numbers have been rising nationally, and the latest Real Clear Politics polling average only gives Clinton a one-point edge.
Here’s what some small business owners have been saying on social media as each party’s nominating contests come to a close and the July conventions grow nearer.
