The Minnesota Voting Record is based on priorities and votes from the 2025-2026 legislative session
NFIB Minnesota announced today that 26 State Senators scored a 100% NFIB Voting Record in the 2025-2026 session.
“Small business allies in the Minnesota Senate have done an exceptional job of advocating for Main Street,” said NFIB Minnesota State Director Jon Boesche. “With the addition of the Paid Family & Medical Leave mandate, which began on January 1st of this year, small businesses are finding it harder to maintain their standard day-to-day operations. The support of these lawmakers is even more invaluable than ever.”
The 2026 NFIB Voting Record does not reflect every element considered by lawmakers when voting, nor does it represent a complete profile of the legislators. The voting record includes five key votes on issues important to small businesses, including healthcare issues and workplace regulations. It does not factor in that many of these legislators support small businesses in committees, as well.
