Small Business Owners Gathered in Harrisburg for NFIB’s Economic Forum

Owners heard from several state leaders on the budget

On Monday, February 2nd, small business owners from across the Commonwealth traveled to Harrisburg for NFIB’s annual economic forum. NFIB hosted the forum with the PA Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals and the Pennsylvania Society of Enrolled Agents.

Small business owners heard from several leaders ahead of Governor Shapiro’s budget address, and how it will affect Main Street. Owners heard from Amy Gill, Secretary for Tax Policy at the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Matthew Knittel, Director at the Independent Fiscal Office, and State Rep. Jim Struzzi, House Republican Appropriations Chair.
