TAKE ACTION: It’s Time to Vote Your NFIB Member Ballot

January 5, 2026

Tell us what positions NFIB should take on key small business issues

As a small business owner, your voice matters, and NFIB is committed to making it heard. As a member of NFIB, you are part of a unique advocacy organization: NFIB doesn’t have a board of directors dictating our policy positions. Instead, our members tell us the issues that matter most to them and their small businesses.

The NFIB member ballot is a critical part of that process. This year’s state ballot results will shape our testimony before legislative committees and influence policymakers.

Over time, lawmakers have come to view these ballot results are the true and only voice of small businesses in the state. Your participation helps us advocate for your interests and ensure your priorities are heard.

Don’t miss this opportunity to make your voice heard. This ballot is only available to NFIB members. To vote, visit www.NFIB.com/VoteMyBallot, log in with your email and password, select “My Ballots and Surveys,” and complete your state ballot today.
