Urge your lawmakers to pass HB 105 before the Senate adjourns

NFIB needs your help contacting state senators to help advance House Bill 105. This legislation would provide much needed transparency in the practice of third-party litigation funding and ensure that when a small business is sued, billion-dollar hedge funds located outside of the U.S. are not the ones benefiting.

Contact your state senators and urge them to support HB 105! Your voice can help level the playing field and protect small businesses from being unfairly targeted by deep pocketed third-party lenders.
