Information for Pennsylvania small business owners

Small business owners in Pennsylvania are required to file an annual report starting in 2025. The filing window is based on your entity type – more information can be found here. Failure to file an annual report could result in the administrative dissolution, termination, or cancellation of your business registration.

Please visit dos.pa.gov/AnnualReports or call 717-787-1057 for more information about annual reports.
