PREVIEW: Texas Legislature 2023 to Convene January 10

The 88th Legislature will convene in Austin next week on Tuesday, January 10. As the voice of small business in Texas, we’re asking legislators to reduce the burden of taxes, regulations, and mandates on our local job creators. While battling persistent inflation, Main Street is struggling to fill open positions. By expanding access to education and training, we’ll continue to work with lawmakers to bolster the Lone Star State’s skilled workforce. Finally, NFIB will continue to advocate for policies that lower health care costs for employers and provide greater liability protections. In February, you can make your voice heard at the Capitol.
