Pinnacol Explores Separation from State Control

Pinnacol is not only Colorado’s largest workers’ compensation insurer but also the one a majority of NFIB Colorado members have their policies with.

Pinnacol has generously supported past NFIB Colorado Small Business Days at the Capitol, and it would like to explain why it wants to separate from legislative control to NFIB members in an exclusive conference call with them.

CEO Phil Kalin will give NFIB members the reasons it wants to change to a mutual insurance holding company, how the divesture would take place, and how the separation could benefit current and future policyholders.

NFIB members have been sent an invitation to join the conference call by email. If you haven’t received it, please let NFIB Grassroots Manager Jake Braunger know by email here.
