Take Action: Can you afford a 600% increase?

The NY Assembly and Senate are both moving legislation that would drastically increase short-term disability benefits. The proposal expands benefits from the current cap of $170 per week to nearly $1,200, with employers being responsible for 60% of the premiums once the bill is fully phased in.

This is an abhorrent cost increase on NY business struggling with inflating costs, a diminishing workforce, and governmental regulations. Tell lawmakers to OPPOSE this substantial 600% increase!
