NFIB Endorses Michigan Congressional Incumbents for Re-Election

LANSING, Mich. (June 28, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed the following Members of Congress for re-election to the United States House of Representatives:
  • MI-01: Jack Bergman
  • MI-02: John Moolenaar
  • MI-03: Peter Meijer
  • MI-04: Bill Huizenga
  • MI-05: Tim Walberg
  • MI-09: Lisa McClain
“Michigan’s small businesses are proud to endorse these Members of Congress for re-election,” said Amanda Fisher, NFIB Michigan State Director. “As small businesses face historic challenges, it’s important to have advocates in Congress that will advance policies to grow the economy and oppose increasing taxes and regulations. We look forward to continuing to work with them.” Each candidate listed has received a 100% NFIB voting record for the 117th Congress. Rep. Bill Huizenga is an NFIB small business owner member. “This group of incumbents has a strong understanding of the issues small businesses are currently facing,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “We are confident they will continue to be strong voices for small business in Congress.” The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
