Massachusetts’ Unemployment System Undergoes Modernization

Newly redesigned portal will require employers to learn changes and additional tasks.

Massachusetts' Unemployment System Undergoes Modernization

On September 12th, the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance will roll out phase 1 of their recent modernization effort.   This means employers, third-party administrators, and agents will have access to a redesigned online portal featuring new and existing employer-related tasks.   For more information and to familiarize yourself with the changes, you can visit the Unemployment Insurance Moderization home page, learn how to prepare yourself for the modernization transition, learn how you can complete the transition, learn how third-party administrators can undergo a smooth tranisition to the new system, or check out anwsers to FAQ’s here.
