Massachusetts' Unemployment System Undergoes Modernization

On September 12^th, the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance will roll out phase 1 of their recent modernization effort. This means employers, third-party administrators, and agents will have access to a redesigned online portal featuring new and existing employer-related tasks.
