Illinois Small Business Community Endorses Catalina Lauf

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (Oct. 24, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Catalina Lauf for election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Illinois’ 11th Congressional District.

“Catalina Lauf will be a pro-small business representative,” said Chris Davis, NFIB Illinois State Director. “She grew up in a small business family and understands the struggles and difficulties of running a business. Catalina Lauf is committed to fostering a pro-growth economic environment where small businesses can thrive and supports lower taxes and de-regulation. We look forward to working with her.”

“I’ve grown up in a family of entrepreneurs and small business,” said Catalina Lauf. “My sister and I started our company from the kitchen table – I know the hard work and dedication it takes to build something. Businesses are the backbone of our economy: in commerce, employment, and innovation.”

“We are pleased to endorse Catalina Lauf today,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “We know she will prioritize the small business economy in Congress and will be a dependable small business ally for our members.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
