Georgia Small Business Day is March 16-17

NFIB’s virtual Small Business Day will be Wednesday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to noon. Speakers joining us live will include Gov. Brian Kemp and NFIB Government Affairs Vice President Kevin Kuhlman.

The next day, NFIB members will have the option of attending a live Small Business Day event at the State Capitol. The live event will include one-on-one and small-group meetings with elected leaders. Members who wish to attend the live event in Atlanta on Thursday, March 17, can contact Grassroots Manager Hunter Loggins at hunter.loggins@NFIB.org.

The virtual event “is a great opportunity for small business owners throughout the state to hear directly from their elected officials without having to take off work and drive to Atlanta,” NFIB State Director Nathan Humphrey said. “Our live event the next day will allow interested NFIB members to visit the State Capitol and speak to their legislators about the issues affecting them and their small businesses.”

Other speakers on the Virtual Small Business Day agenda include state Sens. John Albers and John Kennedy and state Rep. Bruce Williamson.
