The Colorado Supreme Court recently upheld the Colorado Family and Medical Leave Act despite a constitutional challenge by small business. The Independence Institute and NFIB are teaming up to present a free seminar for businesses and nonprofits on the nuts and bolts of compliance. Hear from:
  • Cole Wist, former Legislator and labor law attorney at Squire Patton Boggs
  • Dan Block, labor attorney with Robinson Waters and O’Doriso.
  • Shayne Madsen, director of the Independence Institute Political Law Center
  • Tony Gagliardi, Colorado state director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB)
