NFIB recently hosted a press conference calling for the elimination of the Pennsylvania startup penalty. State Director Greg Moreland was joined on the Capitol steps by Senator Ryan Aument, Senator Tracy Pennycuick, Senator Kristin Phillips-Hill, Sena
