The bipartisan Right to Equitable and Professional Auto Industry Repair (REPAIR) Act encourages competition by allowing small businesses and consumers to take their vehicles to local and trusted autobody shops, saving time and keeping money in hardworking communities.

With small businesses operating on tight margins, taking additional time to wait for repairs and traveling farther to have them done is a roadblock many small businesses cannot afford. The REPAIR Act will facilitate faster, safer, and more affordable auto repairs for small businesses nationwide.
