NFIB’s One Member, One Vote program ensures each member has an equal impact on which issues NFIB prioritizes. Make your vote count to help NFIB fight for the rights of small businesses to own, grow, and operate their business.

State Member Ballots for 2026 include critical issues covering taxes, health care, minimum wage, and much more. Ballots are specific to each state and the issues facing local small businesses. Submitting your member ballot is a quick and easy process and makes a difference for small business owners nationwide. Vote “yes,” “no,” or “undecided” to the ballot questions if the issues affect your small business.

NFIB state ballots can only be voted on by NFIB members. If you aren’t an NFIB member, join today to vote on your state’s ballot.
