TAKE ACTION: Tell Your Legislators Small Businesses Need COVID-19 Liability Protections

The South Carolina legislature is considering a bill that would provide COVID-19 liability protections to small businesses and other organizations.

Under the measure, businesses that ignore the governor’s health and safety guidelines would be held liable, but employers who follow the rules would be protected from frivolous lawsuits trying to exploit the current health and economic crisis.
