Are you compliant on offering a retirement savings plan to employees?

Retirement Savings Program for Small Biz — Oct. 13th Webinar with Illinois Secure Choice

Illinois law requires that employers with 16 or more Illinois employees and that have been in business for at least two years must offer their own retirement plan or facilitate Illinois Secure Choice by November 1, 2022. The threshold will be lowered to five or more employees on November 1, 2023

NFIB in Illinois and the Illinois Secure Choice program are partnering to educate small businesses on how to comply with this mandate. In this webinar session, Christine Cheng from the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office will provide an overview of why the program exists, how it works, and what small businesses need to know to comply.
