New Unemployment System Up in Tennessee

New Unemployment System Up in Tennessee

February 27, 2024 Last Edit: June 5, 2025

Employers will need to reenter the system

Tennessee has successfully transitioned to a new system for unemployment claims. Businesses have two accounts – an employer e-services account for unemployment tasks and a business e-services account to complete business tasks. Business owners who wish to report interview no-shows will be able to do so more easily in the new system.

IMPORTANT: Businesses must create a new username and password at www.jobs4TN.gov. Visit this link, https://www.tn.gov/workforce/jobs4tninfo.html, to access some step-by-step instructional videos.

Individuals also have a new claimant system. Both systems are expected to save participants valuable time.

Please send any positive or constructive feedback to State Director Jim Brown, who serves on the Unemployment Compensation Advisory Council, at jim.brown@NFIB.org.
