Members of Missouri’s Leadership Council received a presentation from Missouri Labor & Industrial Relations Commission Chairman, Kathy Swan in a recent policy retreat in Camdenton. There, Swan urged attendees to utilize the Department’s employer resources, including a free employee handbook policy model.
