Colorado Small Businesses Endorse Gabe Evans for Election to Congress

NFIB’s FedPAC announced endorsement of Gabe Evans

DENVER, Colo. (July 23, 2024) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Gabe Evans for election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Colorado’s 8th Congressional District.

“Gabe Evans has a demonstrated commitment to leadership and public service,” said Tony Gagliardi, NFIB Colorado State Director. “As a State Representative and Colorado native, Gabe truly understands the problems and priorities of Colorado small businesses. With a solid NFIB voting record of 83% in the Colorado General Assembly, we are confident he will champion free enterprise and pro-small business policies in Congress.”

Gabe Evans currently serves as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives representing the 48th District. Evans and his wife own and operate a family farm in southern Weld County. Prior to holding office, Gabe spent 12 years serving in the United States Army and Colorado Army National Guard as a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter pilot and company commander. He also spent more than 10 years as an Arvada police officer.

“We are pleased to endorse Gabe Evans today,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “Gabe’s impressive background and valuable experience proves he is willing to stand up for small business priorities such as regulatory reform and making tax relief for small businesses permanent. We look forward to working with him.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
