WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 14, 2023) – Arizona small business owners were at the nation’s capital today as part of NFIB’s annual Fly-In, where they urged lawmakers to support the Main Street Tax Certainty Act and other key legislation to support small businesses.

“The threat of this impending tax hike has Arizona small business owners questioning their future business plans,” NFIB Arizona State Director Chad Heinrich said. “It’s critically important for Congress to enact the Main Street tax certainty act to avoid a substantial tax increase on small businesses before the expiration of the small business deduction in 2025.”

Ahead of the Fly-In, NFIB President Brad Close penned a new op-ed in The Hill on how Congress can demonstrate leadership by taking action now to provide economic certainty for Main Street. CLICK HERE to learn more.
