13 Nebraska Legislators Achieve a 100% Voting Record from NFIB

NFIB Nebraska announced today that 13 members of the unicameral state legislature achieved a 100% NFIB Voting Record in the 2023-24 session.

“I commend these pro-small business legislators for supporting Main Street,” said NFIB State Director Ryan McIntosh. “Small business owners need relief from skyrocketing inflation and burdensome regulations. If the legislature wants Nebraska to succeed, they must help all Nebraskans own, operate, and grow their businesses.”

The 2023-24 NFIB Voting Record does not reflect every element considered by lawmakers when voting, nor does it represent a complete profile of the legislators. The voting record includes six key votes in both chambers on issues important to small businesses including tax relief and regulations. It does not factor in that many of these legislators supported small businesses in committees, as well.
