NFIB MN PAC Endorses 35 Candidates for Minnesota Legislature

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  Contact: John Reynolds, Minnesota State Director, john.reynolds@nfib.org or Tony Malandra, Senior Media Manager, anthony.malandra@nfib.org ST. PAUL, MN., Aug. 1, 2022—The state’s premier small business political action committee today endorsed 35 more candidates for election to the Minnesota Legislature. NFIB MN PAC supports candidates who are committed to making Minnesota a better place to do business and raise a family. The next Legislature will address many critical issues – record inflation, worker shortages, rising energy costs, supply chain disruptions, a record-setting budget surplus – and the stakes are high in this election. “These candidates offer the right solutions to get our state back on track and make Minnesota a better place for small business,” said John Reynolds, NFIB Minnesota State Director. “Now more than ever, Main Street needs allies in the Minnesota Legislature and we’re confident these candidates will represent the values of small business.” Endorsements for the Minnesota Legislature are determined by the NFIB MN PAC Board, which is comprised of small business owners in the state. Candidates must complete a comprehensive survey that assesses where they stand on key small business issues, as determined by NFIB MN members, to be eligible for endorsement. NFIB represents over 10,000 small businesses in Minnesota. The NFIB MN PAC endorsement is an important signal to voters across the state that a candidate will stand with small business.
