What voters, candidates need to know about the power of the small business voice
Primary Election Day in Oregon is May 21. According to the Secretary of State, “County clerks began sending out ballots to all registered voters on May 1. All ballots must be postmarked or returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day, May 21, 2024.”
The NFIB Oregon PAC, the state’s most influential and effective small business political action committee, endorsed 25 candidates for state House and Senate in the May 21 Primary Election.
It has been a big part of NFIB’s educational mission for 80 years to remind policymakers that small businesses are not smaller versions of big business. They have a much more difficult time than big businesses do in keeping their doors open. The following links provide brief information that NFIB Oregon, the state’s largest and leading small business association, recommends every voter and candidate acquaint himself or herself with.
