The measure is part of a package of bills called the Small Business Bill of Rights.

NFIB State Director Ben Homeyer spoke recently with 100.7 The Point in Columbia about Main Street’s support for a radio and digital ad campaign urging the General Assembly to pass a Small Business Bill of Rights, starting with legislation that would stop lawsuit abuse.
