Pennsylvania Primary Election Results

In the governor’s race, Attorney General Josh Shapiro won the uncontested Democratic primary, while state Senator Doug Mastriano clinched the Republican nomination, winning 44% of the vote. Representatives Carrie DelRosso (R-Allegheny) and Austin Davis (D-Allegheny) won their respective parties’ nomination for lieutenant governor.

Current Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman won the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate, garnering 59% of the vote, while the race on the Republican side remains too close to call with Mehmet Oz and David McCormick deadlocked at 31%.

In the U.S. House, all 15 current members of the Pennsylvania Congressional Delegation running for reelection won their respective primaries. On the Democratic side, the open 12th Congressional District seat remains too close to call between PA Representative Summer Lee and Steve Irwin, while uncontested Mike Doyle will be the Republican nominee. The open 17th Congressional District seat will be a battle between Republican Jeremy Shaffer and Democrat Christopher Deluzio.

In the Pennsylvania General Assembly, 15 of the NFIB PA PAC’s endorsed House and Senate pro-small-business incumbent legislators won their contested primary. These endorsed candidates, who will appear on the general election ballot in November, are as follows:
