Greg Moreland discussed legislation to increase the minimum wage

NFIB Pennsylvania State Director Greg Moreland appeared on PCN Capitol Preview to discuss proposed legislation to increase the minimum wage in Pennsylvania. Moreland said, “Small businesses don’t have an HR department, a compliance officer, or an attorney on staff. So, when you make these complex rules and regulations inside of these bills, it’s very confusing for our business owners on how to effectuate that, and calculate what to pay that individual, and to ensure they are not out of compliance.”
