NFIB State Director Dawn McVea spoke with “WWL First News” this morning about what’s happening with small businesses in Louisiana.

McVea told guest host Dave Cohen that hiring is difficult for many Main Street businesses. “It’s still a top business concern for our members,” she said. “Small employers have certainly been reporting that they’ve been increasing wages,” but labor participation remains a challenge.
