Small Businesses Endorse Rep. Daniel Webster for Re-Election

TAVARES, Fla. (Aug. 19, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, today endorsed Rep. Daniel Webster for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Florida’s 11th Congressional District. The endorsement was announced today at a campaign event held at NFIB member small business Triangle Marine Center in Tavares.

“Congressman Daniel Webster has been a dependable small business advocate in Congress,” said Bill Herrle, NFIB’s Florida Executive Director. “As a small business owner himself, he recognizes the daily challenges small businesses face and has been a strong voice for them in Washington. He’s supported legislation that will help our economy grow and opposed legislation that threatens the fragile small business recovery, earning a 100% NFIB voting record for this term. We know he will continue to support pro-small business policies and look forward to continuing to work with him.”

“We are proud to endorse Congressman Webster today on behalf of Florida’s small businesses,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He is a pro-small business Member of Congress, and we are confident that he will continue to deliver for Florida’s small businesses.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
