Arizona Small Businesses Back Warren Petersen for Attorney General

June 17, 2026

“Warren Petersen is a consistent champion of Arizona's small businesses.”

PHOENIX, AZ (June 17, 2026) –The NFIB Arizona PAC, which is comprised solely of NFIB members throughout the state, today endorsed Warren Petersen for Attorney General.

“Warren Petersen is a consistent champion of Arizona’s small businesses,” NFIB State Director Chad Heinrich said. “He brings a rare combination of real-world business experience and proven legislative leadership as Senate President. That combination of Main Street experience and executive-level policymaking is exactly what Arizona needs in an Attorney General. Small business owners create a vast majority of Arizona’s new jobs and employ more than four out of ten in our workforce. Warren Petersen is aligned with the priorities of Arizona’s small business owners and will fight for them as Attorney General.”

Early voting begins on Wednesday, June 24. The Primary Election Day is Tuesday, July 21. Check out NFIB’s new Voting Hub, so you can be the Voice of Small Business when you vote.

Earlier this week, the NFIB Arizona PAC announced its endorsement of 48 pro-small business candidates running for the state legislature. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls.

NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues.
