NFIB Arkansas Hosts Small Business Roundtable

SPRINGDALE (May 20, 2024) – The National Federation of Business (NFIB) here in Arkansas hosted a small business roundtable at the Apollo on Emma in Springdale, which featured a discussion with Reps. Robin Lundstrum (18th District), DeAnna Hodges (9th District) and Steve Unger (19th District). There, small business owners participated in a Q&A with lawmakers and discussed their challenges. Following the event, NFIB State Director Katie Burns said: “It’s always a privilege to meet with our members and facilitate important discussions with lawmakers. Inflation continues to put enormous pressure on Main Street Arkansans, exacerbating the challenges of owning and operating a business. Our small business owners were able to make their voices heard and advocate on behalf of their fellow job creators, urging lawmakers to cut taxes, reduce the regulatory burden, and make it easier to do business here in our state. We appreciate Rep. Lundstrum for hosting the event and for Reps. Hodges and Unger’s participation.”
