2 Additional Candidates Earn Critical NFIB Alabama PAC Endorsement

The NFIB Alabama PAC said today it has added two names to its list of candidates endorsed for seats in the state legislature. The political action committee endorsed Ben Harrison in District 2 and former state Rep. Mack Butler in District 28. “It’s essential that we elect candidates who understand the vital role small business plays in the state’s economy,” NFIB State Director Rosemary Elebash said. “Ben Harrison and Mack Butler clearly understand the challenges facing Main Street businesses, and we believe they will do everything they can to create and maintain an environment that enables small businesses to grow and create jobs. The NFIB Alabama PAC’s endorsement is important to these campaigns. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls. NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues.
