Arizona 2026 Minimum Wage Increases to $15.15

Effective January 1, 2026, the state’s minimum wage will increase $0.45 to $15.15 an hour.

According to the Industrial Commission of Arizona, the state’s minimum wage will increase $0.45 on January 1, 2026, to $15.15 an hour. The increase is based on the inflation rate increase between August 2024 and August 2025, as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics in its Consumer Price Index.

 

Posters, which are to be displayed in a place accessible to employees, may be found on the Industrial Commission’s Labor page (direct links provided below). The minimum wage posters include information on exemptions, tips and gratuities, retaliation, and more.
