SC Legislative Session Gets Underway

The 2021 Legislative Session began today, and it comes with a wide range of issues impacting small business and the many ways NFIB will be addressing them. These issues include:

  • Tort reform (S 145
  • Much needed COVID liability protections (S 147)
  • Reducing sales tax on services (H 3392).
  • Opposing an increase in the state minimum wage.
  • Raising taxes on small businesses to fund Medicaid expansion.
