The department of Health Services recommends the additional steps to be taken such as maintain physical distance, operating with reduced occupancy based on the size of business, implementing sanitation protocols, providing options for delivery or curbside services, closing all fitting rooms, meeting rooms, or enclosed spaces, implementing symptom screenings for all employees before the start of their shift, and considering offering cloth face coverings to employees and customers.
Allows remote online notarization to execute documents provided procedures outlined in current statute and rules are followed.
Allows Arizona restaurants to repackage and sell grocery items they have on hand, including items not normally packaged and labeled for resale.
Orders state agencies and boards to defer requirements to renew licenses that have an expiration date between March 1, 2020 and September 1, 2020 by six months from the expiration date, unless those requirements can be completed online.
