The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Wisconsin’s political action committee (PAC) announced today its endorsement of Wisconsin Court of Appeals Judge Maria Lazar for election to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

“Maria Lazar is the best candidate to stop the Supreme Court’s troubling slide toward an activist branch of government,” said NFIB Wisconsin State Director Luke Bacher. “The small businesses of Wisconsin need certainty and fairness — Lazar will provide both of those qualities to Main Street.”
