NFIB Alabama PAC Endorses 78 Candidates for State Legisature

April 29, 2026

Our members support the candidates who support small businesses

The NFIB Alabama Political Action Committee has endorsed 78 incumbents for reelection to the Alabama State Legislature, citing their strong support for small businesses.

The PAC, which is made up entirely of NFIB members, endorsed 25 candidates for the state Senate and 53 for the House of Representatives. All earned a 100% NFIB Voting Record by supporting policies on issues ranging from retail theft to property tax assessments.

“Small business is the foundation of Alabama’s economy,” NFIB State Director Rosemary Elebash said. “Each of these candidates earned a 100% NFIB Voting Record over the four-year quadrennial by supporting measures that help Main Street businesses grow and create jobs.”

The primary election is Tuesday, May 19. NFIB Alabama PAC endorsements matter in these races. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and often encourage others to vote as well.

NFIB bases its political support on candidates’ positions and voting records on key small-business issues.
