NFIB urges the General Assembly to prioritize legal reform for small businesses

Following Governor Mike Braun’s State of the State address, NFIB Indiana State Director Natalie Carroll applauds his commitment to keeping Indiana a top state to own and operate a small business:

“Indiana’s small business community is thankful to have a Governor and General Assembly that continues to prioritize Main Street and advance policies that strengthen the economy. This legislative session, Indiana small business owners are hopeful that lawmakers will address the rising business insurance costs and advance legal reform legislation to lessen frivolous lawsuits targeted at small businesses. We look forward to continuing to work with Governor Braun and members of the General Assembly on behalf of Indiana’s small businesses.”
