The Pennsylvania General Assembly reconvened on Tuesday, January 6, for the 2026 legislative session. NFIB’s Pennsylvania Team will be active in Harrisburg this session advocating for pro-small business policies. Read our press release on the start of session here.
NFIB’s Top 5 Small Business Legislative Priorities Include:
- Repealing accelerated sales tax prepayments.
- Sales tax collection/remittance discount.
- Regulatory reform and transparency in permitting.
- Website ADA compliance legislation.
- Apprenticeship ratios.
