Reminder: 2026 Annual Filing Report Due June 30

Small businesses are required to file an annual report

Pennsylvania small business owners are required to file an Annual Report to the Pennsylvania Department of State. This is a new requirement that started in 2025. The filing window is now open and the deadline for filing is June 30, 2026. The Annual Report is $7 for most small businesses.

The annual report must include the following information:

  • Business name
  • Jurisdiction of formation
  • Registered office address
  • Principal office address
  • Name of at least one governor (director, member, partner, etc.)
  • Names and titles of the principal officers, if any
  • Entity number issued by the Pennsylvania Department of State
