NFIB Hosts Roundtable with Congressman Warren Davidson

August 13, 2025

Small business owners gathered in Southwest Ohio to meet with the Congressman

Small business owners from throughout southwest Ohio joined NFIB in West Chester on August 7th for a small business roundtable with Congressman Warren Davidson. The roundtable featured a lively discussion on important policy priorities for Ohio’s small businesses.

Rep. Warren Davidson is leading the fight to repeal the beneficial ownership reporting requirements and sponsors the Big Brother Overreach Act, which would permanently remove FinCen beneficial ownership reporting and prevent its implementation regardless of administrative changes.

“We appreciate Congressman Davidson for taking the time to meet with our members and hear from them directly about their small businesses,” said Cameron Garczyk, NFIB Ohio Assistant State Director. “Small business owners appreciate his dedication to repealing the unconstitutional and invasive beneficial ownership reporting, a top priority for our members. We look forward to continuing to work with Rep. Davidson to strengthen the small business economy.”

The roundtable highlighted NFIB’s federal priorities in addition to repealing the beneficial ownership reporting requirements, including the victory of making the Small Business Deduction permanent, and seeking solutions on how to make healthcare affordable.
